Everleap Fertility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Per Diem OR/PACU role. This position provides coverage primarily during egg retrieval weeks, with additional opportunities to assist with embryo transfer procedures as needed.

• Coverage needed approximately one week per month during egg retrieval cycles

• Additional hours may be available for embryo transfers outside of retrieval weeks

• Minimum commitment of two shifts per month

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and Ovulation Induction (OI) treatments

• Support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey, including care in the Operating Room (OR) and PostAnesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

• Collaborate closely with nurses, medical assistants, advanced practice providers, physicians, laboratory staff, OR/PACU personnel, administrative teams, and reception staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations

• Deliver compassionate, patientfocused care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid Rhode Island multistate license required

• BLS certification required

• Previous OR/PACU experience strongly preferred

• Experience in infertility or reproductive medicine highly desirable

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fastpaced clinical environment
