Warehouse Associate | Contract-to-Hire

$17–$18/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We're hiring for an established company that wants to train, develop, and retain good peoplenot continually replace them.

This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to become a permanent employee in approximately 3–4 months, based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

The goal is long-term employment with a company where you can build valuable experience in inventory management, distribution, equipment operation, and the fundamentals of supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Pick, prepare, and verify outbound orders for accuracy.
• Operate sit-down forklifts, walkie riders, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow established warehouse procedures.
• Learn new processes, equipment, and skills as you grow into the operation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous, verifiable warehouse experience.
• A consistent work history and dependable attendance.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Attention to detail, safe work habits, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and remain active throughout the shift.
• Ability to meet background screening requirements.
• A current resume.
