Server/Bartender

Burrito Grande is a locally owned, family-run Mexican restaurant in Roy, Utah, and we are looking for a friendly, reliable Server/Bartender to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who can multitask, communicate well, and provide great customer service while handling both serving and bartending responsibilities.

What the Role Involves:

• Welcome guests & provide attentive, friendly service.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare, serve, and deliver alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
• Manage tables & bartending responsibilities during the same shift
• Process payments & assist with closing duties
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and well stocked
• Communicate with teammates to help ensure smooth, efficient service

What We Are Looking For:

1. Reliable way of transportation to work and back home safely

2. Previous serving & bartending experience but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate!

3. Required Utah alcohol-server training credential for the position

4. Strong communication & multitasking skills

5. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

6. Available for evening shifts on weekdays and weekends

Schedule & Benefits of the Position:

1. Part time evening shifts, typically 4PM - 10 PM.

2. Approximately 3-4 shifts per week (But we can always work with you if you want more hours)

3. Flexible scheduling based on availability & restaurant needs.

6.Major holidays off:Enjoy time with family, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter.BUTavailability is required for other busy holidays & special occasions such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, St. Patrick’s Day, and Halloween. Cinco de Mayo is especially busy, so full team availability is important.

7.Annual Family reunion break:Our restaurant closes for approximately two weeks in early July so our team can enjoy time with their families.
