Store Manager Qualifications:
- Current or very recent experience in high-volume
- Solid tenure -- Consistent work history
- 2+ years of General Manager experience
- Upbeat personality -- highly positive and able to coach
- Great communication skills and professional appearance
- Focusing on delivering fantastic food, great value, and amazing customer service
- Experience with Catering is a plus but not required
Store Manager Preferred Background/Skills
- New opening experience is a plus
- 3 years of quick service dining experience
- Ability to lead a team and understand the hiring, training and development process
- Understanding a profit and loss statement
- Overseeing a team of ten-plus employees
