Public Area Cleaner

Now Hiring: Full-Time Public Area Attendant | Night Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm

Role Summary: In charge of the overall cleanliness of all public areas assigned to meet brand, hotel, and guest expectations. Proactively assists all other departments to support overall hotel operations and positive guest experiences. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Key Outcomes:

• Ensures that all public bathrooms are completely cleaned and sanitized by hotel standards on a daily basis and in between events
• Cleans and resets the Public Room to ensure placement standards are met. Reports on all deficiencies to Executive Housekeeper
• Responsible for the upkeep and presentation of public area hallways and stairwells
• Assists housekeeping as needed and supports all other departments when able

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
Detail oriented.
Customer service experience helpful.
Works well alone and with others.
