Sheldon, IA | Full-Time | Hourly |Monday-Friday

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our equipment, machinery and facilities clean, safe and in good working condition. This hands-on role is ideal for a dependable team player with mechanical aptitude who enjoys variety in the workday.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of machinery and equipment.
  • Support material handling, including cutting materials with a bandsaw.
  • Load and unload trucks and assist with vendor communication.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and support other assigned tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Basic mechanical skills or aptitude preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication and a team-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and schedules, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using assisting tools such as a hoist and follow safe work practices.
