Cherry Picker Operator Training – Multiple Shifts AvailablePay Rates and Shifts:
Day Shift – $20.50/hour
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Night Shift – $21.50/hour
- Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
New Hire Sign-On Bonus Opportunity after you pass the training.
Newly hired MHE Operators may also be eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, paid as follows:
- $250 after completing the first full week of scheduled work with no absences (first week of training does not count).
- $250 after reaching 45 calendar days of employment and working at least 90% of scheduled hours during that period.
To qualify each week, employees must:
- Work all scheduled shifts
- Work all assigned mandatory overtime
- Report to work on time
- Complete scheduled shifts unless approved to leave early
- Remain actively employed throughout the qualification week
Job Responsibilities:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Loading, picking, packing, and shipping products
- Performing cycle counts and inventory checks
- Conducting accurate audits and tote induction
- Staging products for outbound shipment
- Operating cherry picker
