Project Manager / Application Analyst
Pay Rate: $60
Location:Bayhealth Blue Hen Campus | Dover, DE
Must-Have Qualifications
- EPIC Cadence Certification (Required)
- 3+ years of EPIC Cadence analyst experience
- Scheduling and/or registration workflow experience
- Operational and/or IT background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred Experience
- Clinical database software knowledge
- Healthcare application implementation, optimization, and support
- Experience working across multiple projects and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of workflow analysis and system improvement initiatives
What They'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting application implementation and optimization projects
- Partnering with IT and operational stakeholders to deliver system solutions
- Managing complex projects across multiple applications and departments
- Facilitating end-user training, troubleshooting, and workflow enhancements
- Supporting strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and patient care
