RN Home Health Experienced

RN Home Health Experienced, 5 years plus. RN must have a full knowledge and daily operation of Home Health. Clinical Quality Oversight, Compliance and Survey Preparedness, Prevent claim denials or survey deficiencies by ensuring documentation is timely and accurate. Some traveling is required. RN must know and act as a liaison between the agency, clinicians, Patients, and payers, reinforcing policies and procedures to maintain high -quality. Auditing charts for consistency with patient's plan of care, identify deficiencies. OASIS completion to indicate episode of care (SOC, RC, Transfer, ROC, DC) Must be knowledgeable in state and federal-CMS guidelines in documenting all clinical records-maintain accurate, timely and complete documentation. Must have knowledge or delegate Insurance processing for claim workflows and regulatory requirements. Communicate with healthcare providers for clarification of diagnosis to evaluate the validity, necessity of the treatments. This contractor position can be negotiated plus salary plus bonus or extensive share from profit.
