Delivery Driver Charlotte, NC Area | RCNL, LLC

RCNL, LLC (Respectable Customer Service N Logistics) is seeking dependable, service-minded delivery drivers to deliver packages for a national retail brand using a company-provided van.

In this role, you will pick up assigned packages, complete deliveries safely and efficiently, follow delivery instructions, maintain accurate package scans, and communicate promptly with dispatch when an issue arises. We are looking for people who are reliable, professional with customers, and comfortable working independently throughout the day.

Schedule: Delivery opportunities are available seven days a week, with regular and limited-day availability. Routes are generally scheduled from 9:00AM to 7:00PM, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and typically last 8–10 hours.

What you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• The ability to safely operate a company van and follow delivery procedures
• Dependable attendance, sound judgment, and clear communication
• The ability to handle the physical demands of package delivery

• Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages along an assigned route.
• Safely operate a company van and follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Navigate homes, apartments, businesses, and other delivery locations.
• Follow delivery instructions and complete accurate package scans.
• Keep dispatch informed of delays, access issues, or packages that cannot be delivered.
• Handle packages with care and maintain professional, courteous customer interactions.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintain a steady pace throughout the route.

• 10-hour route: $145flat rate per day
• 8-hour route: $125flat rate per day
• Approximate route windows: 12:00 PM–10:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Routes may be available seven days a week, based on operational needs and availability.

Drivers must be able to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Enter and exit a delivery van frequently throughout the day.
• Walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, and kneel during deliveries.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from the station.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while communicating with dispatch.
• Delivery, warehouse, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to pass Drug Screen
