Machine Operator – Cable Manufacturing

1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm, Monday - Friday + Overtime Opportunity
Starting pay-rate: $19-20/hr
Weekly Pay + Health Insurance
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate cable manufacturing equipment at required production speeds.
- Monitor equipment and maintain required tolerances and specifications.
- Perform in-process testing and quality inspections.
- Load and unload reels and materials.
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Read and follow production instructions, blueprints, schematics, and work procedures.
- Assist on other production lines as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Identify quality issues and assist with rework when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to understand and follow production specifications and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment.
