An established law firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its growing legal team in Mary Esther, Florida (100% Remote). This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional with at least three years of experience who is seeking to advance their career in a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic legal environment.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Florida attorney with strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Experience in real property litigation, construction law, or contested probate matters is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide thorough legal analysis.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.

  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.

  • Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and legal support staff.

  • Manage an active caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing.

  • Minimum of 3 years of attorney experience preferred.

  • Litigation experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with real property litigation, construction law, or contested probate matters is a plus.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

  • Strong commitment to professionalism and client service.
