We’re looking for an Employee Development Manager who enjoys helping others learn, bringing order to moving parts, and finding ways to make work run more smoothly. If you’re the person who says, “There has to be a better way,” and then helps figure it out, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll do

This role brings together employee training, project coordination, and continuous improvement. You’ll work with teams across the company to strengthen skills, improve communication, and connect learning to everyday work.

• Turn expertise into learning. Partner with subject matter experts to create clear, practical training materials and manuals.
• Keep development moving. Organize training schedules and adjust priorities as team needs and business goals evolve.
• Find the gapsand help close them. Use performance reviews, skills assessments, and employee feedback to identify development opportunities.
• Make training better. Gather participant feedback and track learning outcomes to improve course content and effectiveness.
• Connect the dots. Learn how our different roles work together and help teams align their responsibilities with shared goals.
• Support our field teams. Coordinate construction project activities, help keep tasks on schedule, and facilitate communication between teams.
• Help clients stay informed. Address inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to support project requirements.
• Improve how we work. Partner with process management to identify inefficiencies and support improvements grounded in data.
• Be a training resource. Serve as an alternate point of contact for Trainual, helping employees access the tools and information they need.

What you bring

• An associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related fieldor equivalent education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience supporting employee training and development programs.
• Leadership skills and the ability to influence, encourage, and collaborate with different teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• An organized, curious approach and a knack for making information easy to understand.
