Maintenance Technician

We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician for a well-established, technology-driven manufacturer in Baraboo, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, solving recurring problems, and keeping sophisticated manufacturing operations running reliably.

The company has been in business for more than 70 years and operates multiple manufacturing facilities in Baraboo, serving customers worldwide. The organization specializes in highly engineered products used in medical, water treatment, cosmetics, industrial piping, and other demanding applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform scheduled maintenance projects, including equipment repair and rebuilding.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to maintain machine integrity and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair unexpected equipment and production breakdowns.
• Identify recurring equipment failures and assist engineering with corrective improvement plans.

Location: Baraboo, WI

Wage: $32-42/hr, including night shift premium, depending on experience.

This is a night shift position, working every other weekend. With this shift, you'll be working approximately 50% of the days each month.
