Schedule: Monday–Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory, processing orders through an ERP system, and ensuring products are properly packaged and labeled.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, prepare, package, and process customer orders for shipment.
- Ensure products are properly stored and organized within the warehouse.
- Label packages and process shipments using various freight and shipping systems.
- Process shipping orders and transactions using the ERP system.
- Verify order accuracy and follow established shipping procedures.
- Prepare materials and organize shipments for the following business day.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with additional warehouse and shipping duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems or computerized shipping systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
Position Details

- Shift: 2nd Shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Days: Monday through Friday
