We're looking for someone who
Has 2–3 years of related experience
Is proficient with software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
tools
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
Has experience with Acumatica (preferred)
What you'll do
Extract completed sales orders from the CRM and enter them into the Acumatica ERP
system daily
Review and verify sales orders in Acumatica for accuracy before transmitting them to
fulfillment
Open cases on the dashboard to obtain additional information for incomplete documents
Scan documents into document management systems and databases
Respond to requests for information from internal and external customers
Update customer information in Acumatica
Follow data integrity and security policies
Maintain accurate and organized records across company systems
Work closely with team members to support efficient and accurate data processing
Physical requirements
Must be able to sit and work at a computer for approximately 80% of the workday
Must be able to walk between different locations within the office as needed
Must be comfortable performing repetitive computer-based tasks for extended periods
