Mover/Laborer

Attention! We are doing RAPID HIRING for our DC job.

For fastest results come to our facility in Waldorf at 12115 Acton Lane, Waldorf, MD 20601 for in person application and hiring. Please bring your ID & Social Security card.

We are a Maryland based company but this particular contract is in Washington, DC. Therefore our employees can report direct to the agency in DC or directly to our location in Waldorf, MD for transportation to site. Must have a clean background to pass security clearance.

Mover/Laborers Expectations

• Must have a clean background.
• Wrap furniture in protective material.
• Load, pack and unload items with care.
• Ensure that no items are damaged while moving.
• Place furniture in the requested positions at the new location.
• Take inventory of items and ensure that no items are lost during transportation.
• Punctual and professional
• Driver's license/ID needed as we work for government facilities and do receive badging this would be required

Pay Rate:

Starting at $16 an hour

Physical Demands:

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; frequently required to climb or balance, talk or hear; and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to walk forward, backward, side to side, and/or up and down stairs while carrying furniture. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
