About the Role:

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic reading and math skills to understand work instructions and count inventory.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor environment is preferred but not required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift operator certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
