Entry Level CNC Machinist

We are seeking an Entry Level CNC Machinist to support the production of prototype components and production parts in a family-owned company. This role will operate CNC mills and CNC lathes while developing machining skills under the guidance of the manufacturing manager, CNC supervisor, and lead machinist. Entry-level candidates are welcome, with attitude, effort, and a desire to learn valued alongside technical ability. The position offers solid benefits and opportunities to progress from operator to setup technician or machinist.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for machining operations.
• Operate CNC mills and CNC lathes.
• Support the production of prototype components and production parts.
• Follow instructions from the manufacturing manager, CNC supervisor, and lead machinist.
• Develop machining skills and work toward progression into setup technician or machinist roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in CNC machining.
• Technical certificate in CNC machining or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CNC machine operation.
• Knowledge of G-code.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Positive attitude, strong effort, and a desire to learn.
