About the Job
You work on our bakery production line. We train you on mixing, baking, and packing. Each shift, we assign you to the line that needs help.
What You Do
- Mix, divide, mould, and pan dough.
- Work the oven and proofer line. Remove hot product from pans.
- Pack and bag finished product.
- Operate bakery equipment after training.
- Follow formula cards and order sheets for temperatures, weights, and counts.
- Check product quality. Inform your supervisor about problems.
- Keep accurate production records.
- Keep your area clean. Follow food safety rules (GMPs).

- Bakery, food, or warehouse experience is a plus. It is not required. We train you.
Preferred: You live within 10 miles of Santa Ana.

Requirements:
- Stand for 10 to 12-hour shifts.
- Do the same motions again and again at line speed.
- Work in a hot, humid, and noisy bakery. The area has no air conditioning.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Push and pull carts and racks.
- Work a schedule that can change based on business needs.
- Wear required safety gear (smock, hard hat, slip-resistant shoes).
