Responsibilities
- Perform OT evaluations and establish patient-centered treatment plans for inpatient care patients.
- Implement and monitor therapy interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and the therapy team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and care plans in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and proper use of equipment within the inpatient setting.
Requirements
- Inpatient care experience required.
- Active OT license in Georgia or eligibility for Georgia licensure.
- OT degree from an accredited program.
- Ability to work in an inpatient care setting and adapt to a travel schedule.
- Ability to travel to Brunswick, GA and meet onboarding requirements.
