Pay Rate: Starting at $37.85/hr (New Graduate or Non-BSN RN) | $39.36/hr (BSN RN) + Experience-Based Differentials
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during all phases of care.
- Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and postpartum recovery.
- Care for newborns in normal nursery and special care nursery settings.
- Collaborate with physicians, OB/GYN providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and patient safety standards.

- Latent Labor: 2:1

Qualifications
- Active RN License
- BLS Certification (Required)
- ACLS Certification (Required)
- Fetal Monitoring Certification (May be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Labor & Delivery experience preferred
Schedule & Requirements
- 12-Hour Night Shifts
- Every Other Weekend Required
- Every Other Holiday Required
- Float to MS4, ICU, ER, and Skilled Nursing Units as needed
