This is not a desk job. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will spend the majority of your time in the field developing new business, opening doors, and growing your territory. What You'll Do

• Introduce physicians, nurses, office staff, and healthcare professionals to our services and solutions
• Develop and manage accounts throughout the Denver, CO territory
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and in-person visits
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers
• Navigate gatekeepers using persistence, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Own your market by growing territory revenue and driving results
• Represent Pivotal Health with confidence, integrity, and consistency
• Maintain regular field activity and territory reporting

• Experienced in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, automotive, business development, or similar customer-focused industries

What We Offer

• Base salary: $45,000-$55,000 DOE
• Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service, outside sales, business development, or related experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional presentation and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient computer and mobile technology skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel throughout the Denver territory daily
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
• Healthcare industry experience or knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required
• Ability to meet established goals, deadlines, and performance expectations

Work Environment

This position requires frequent travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth territory and regular interaction with physician offices, clinics, healthcare facilities, and business locations. Employees may spend extended periods driving, walking, standing, and conducting in-person sales meetings.
