Duration: 12-Month Contract (Possibility of Permanent Employment)
Pay Rate: $21–$23.10/hour (W2)
Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Overtime: As needed

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Automation Analyst to support manufacturing equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, PLC-controlled, and automated equipment, supporting robotics and AGVs, reducing production downtime, and performing root-cause analysis. The candidate will also track equipment performance, maintain maintenance records, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Management to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, automation, or a related technical field preferred.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, PLC-controlled systems, and electrical schematics.
• Experience with industrial automation, robotics, conveyors, or AGVs is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for maintenance reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to respond to production downtime and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
