Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various machines in the trim shop to ensure smooth production flow.
- Trim and finish products to meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or trim shop environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
