Compensation:

$100,000 + at plan


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of integrity and excellence.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

  • Grow a clientele where relationships foster referrals.

  • Guide clients through the New York Life process of prioritizing, achieving, and protecting their financial goals and standard of living.

  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives and values.

  • Utilize robust marketing and prospecting tools to expand the client base and strengthen relationships.

  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the team.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry principles.
  • Ability to build and maintain a professional network, fostering relationships that lead to business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting ambitious client acquisition goals, such as attaining 50 clients in a year.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving collective goals.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching, providing support and guidance to enhance team members' professional growth.
  • Proficiency in using advanced prospecting tools and marketing resources to expand and strengthen client relationships effectively.
