Schedule:Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

Pay: Hourly, based on experience.

Position Overview

In this role,you'llserve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily office operations. What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.

• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally.

• Process customer requests andassistwith order-related questions.

• Maintainaccuraterecords and complete data entry witha high levelof attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensuretimelyresolution of issues.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and other company software to support daily operations.

• Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.
