Are you looking for a stable position that combines driving and warehouse work? We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Driver (Non-CDL) to make local deliveries and support warehouse operations throughout Hampton Roads. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a well-established company serving the commercial, industrial, and marine industries.

• Drive a company box truck making local deliveries and pickups within a 30-mile radius of Hampton.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Pull, stage, package, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Stock inventory and organize products within warehouse bin locations.
• Label, palletize, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Coordinate UPS, courier, and motor freight shipments.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and pickups.

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or delivery experience.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive Pay: $18-$22/hr DOE

This position spends approximately 70% of the day driving local routes and 30% supporting warehouse operations, making it perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and having variety in their workday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hampton, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
