Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Alliance Workforce is hiring a Label Cutter for a busy production facility! If you have good attention to detail, enjoy working with machinery, and take pride in producing quality work, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operate label-cutting machinery to cut labels used on promotional products.
Set up and adjust equipment for different label sizes and specifications.
Read job orders to ensure labels are cut accurately.
Inspect finished labels for quality, accuracy, and clean cuts.
Organize completed labels for the next stage of production.
Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
Work with production and printing teams to keep orders moving efficiently.
Record production information and help meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
Experience operating machinery preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
