Special Education Teacher - Renton, Washington

• Ability to design and implement individualized instructional plans

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to high school students in a Resource Room
• Develop and adapt lesson plans based on IEP goals and academic standards
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and family members
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning climate
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input
• Support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
