Tool & Die Engineer

What You'll Do
• Design and develop press tooling, dies, fixtures, and manufacturing solutions
• Improve manufacturing processes and tooling performance
• Review engineering drawings and blueprints
• Support spare parts planning and documentation
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members
• Ensure product quality and compliance standards are met
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of Tool & Die Engineering experience
• Associate degree in Tool & Die Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred; AutoCAD, Mastercam, and KeyCreator a plus)
• Strong blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience preferred
