What You'll Do

• Build genuine connections with homeowners over the phone.
• Listen, ask great questions, and understand their needs.
• Turn conversations into qualified appointments for our sales team.
• Follow up with potential clients and manage your leads.
• Work alongside a supportive team that celebrates success.

Sales or customer service experience is preferred. Real estate experience isn't necessary!

What We Offer

• $70,000–$100,000 estimated first-year earning potential through base salary and performance-based commissions.
• Company-provided leadsno need to find your own.
• Ongoing training, coaching, and opportunities to grow.
• A positive, team-oriented culture where your contributions matter.

Base salary: $4,000 in month one, $3,000 in month two, and $2,000 monthly thereafter, plus commissions. Total earnings depend on performance.
