Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Mid-Cities Repair Technician might be the job for you!

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on technician who is organized, responsible, works well independently, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and represents the company well with customers while working on repairs that typically take less than an hour.

We Offer:

• Pay range of $18 - $22 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician

Requirements:

• Experience working with your hands – this could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, home repairs, or even a personal hobby.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors – understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Hiring Process

• Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants

Duties:

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom toolkit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
