Machine Operator:Genoa City,Wisconsin
Our customer in Genoa City, Wisconsin is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join their team on 1st shift. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor quality, maintain production records, and support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and product quality standards are met.
Responsibilities of theMachine Operator:
- Load raw materials and supplies into machines to maintain continuous production.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications.
- Adjust machine settings and controls to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions, safety concerns, or issues.
- Complete production recordsandquality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and production line adjustments as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Support team members and production goals.
Machine OperatorRequirements and Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Pay forMachine Operator:Starting at $18/hour
