Alliance Workforce is hiring a Heat Transfer Operator for a busy promotional products production facility! If you enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for detail, and want to be part of a team creating customized products, this is a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operate heat transfer equipment to apply custom designs, logos, and images to promotional products.
Ensure designs are properly aligned and positioned according to customer specifications.
Review artwork and design templates for accuracy before production.
Prepare products for heat transfer application.
Adjust machine settings, including temperature, pressure, and timing, to ensure quality results.
Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Monitor supplies and notify the appropriate team members when materials need replenishing.
Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Heat transfer or machine operation experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working around heat and production equipment.
