Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Alliance Workforce is hiring a Shipping Material Handler for a busy warehouse in Largo, FL! If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to put your warehouse skills to work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Pick, pack, and label outgoing orders accurately.
Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
Verify shipment contents and ensure all materials are accounted for.
Complete shipping paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Stage outgoing shipments for timely delivery.
Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience is a plus.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
