Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for a recycling facility! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
Sort and separate recyclable materials.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow workplace safety procedures.
Perform general labor duties as assigned.
Work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work in a recycling facility.
Previous warehouse, recycling, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Days: Monday through Friday.
Hours: 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Consistent weekday schedule.
