WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
  • A professional, positive attitude and a team-player mindset
  • The ability to explain vehicle repairs, maintenance recommendations, and estimates clearly
  • Subaru experience preferred
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our service department. Your goal is to make every service visit smooth, transparent, and exceptional.

  • Greet customers and coordinate service appointments.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Review vehicle history and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare and explain repair estimates, pricing, and service recommendations.
  • Obtain customer authorization before repairs are performed.
  • Keep customers informed about repair progress, costs, and completion times.
  • Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Review completed repairs and help ensure customer concerns are resolved.
  • Build trust, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver outstanding service.
