Restaurant Server Assistant

As a key part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with genuine warmth and providing attentive, knowledgeable service.
• Supporting servers by delivering food and beverages to tables accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring dishes are promptly delivered with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean, organized dining area to create a welcoming environment.
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Occasionally handling payments and operating the POS system.

We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed.
