The Manufacturing Systems Engineer will design web applications and support MES and ERP platforms within a small engineering team. This role will lead and support process automation and digital manufacturing initiatives, provide frequent multi-site production-floor support, and build and supervise AI agents that act as production controllers.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing systems engineering.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience with industrial automation and systems integration.
- Solid understanding of Python and SQL.
- Experience with project management.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, including work orders, routings, bills of materials (BOMs), and scheduling.
