Production Line Assembler & Packaging Operator

Location: Coal City, IL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour | Paid: Weekly

Shifts: 1st or 2nd shift, or Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday)

From the first whistle to the last wrap of the pallet, you’ll be at the heart of productionkeeping products moving, displays assembled, and orders ready to ship. You’ll rotate between assembling items, packing finished goods, and inspecting quality to ensure every box that leaves the line is something we’re proud of. By the end of your shift, your area will be clean, organized, and safeready for the next run.

• Work on a fast-paced production line assembling and packaging finished products
• Build customer orders and set up product displays
• Inspect items for defects and pull any that don’t meet standards
• Stage shipments on pallets and securely wrap for transport
• Pitch in with general labor and other warehouse tasks as needed
• Keep your station tidy and follow all safety practices

• Comfort standing for up to 10 hours a day
• Willingness to learnno prior experience required
• Reliable, safety-minded, and attentive to detail
• Works well independently and as part of a team
