Grocery Delivery Driver with a CDL Class A for a driving position based in
Van Buren, AR. This role includes local grocery deliveries, some driver unload, and equipment movement while supporting overall yard and terminal operations.
Requirements- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- Good, verifiable MVR and employment history
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
Job Duties- Average 40 hours per week(hours may vary based on workload)
- Perform local grocery deliveries
- Driver unload is required for some deliveries.
- Variable Hours depending on daily business needs.
- Conduct yard checks (reefer temperatures, fuel levels, trailer counts, etc.)
- Move inbound trailers to dock doors
- Complete local pick-ups and deliveries
- Drop empty trailers for pre-loading
- Assist with trailer wash bay and fuel island cleanup
- Maintain yard cleanliness, including trash pickup
- Communicate regularly with the Office Manager
- Must be able to operate within a 500-mile radius of Van Buren, AR
- Transport trailers and trucks to the shop for maintenance as needed
