I'm partnering with a growing organization seeking an Assistant Controller who can bring a strong combination of technical accounting expertise and people leadership.
This role reports directly to executive accounting leadership and offers the opportunity to oversee critical financial processes while leading multiple teams and department leaders.

What You'll Be Doing
• Overseeing financial statement preparation and month-end close activities
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and internal controls
• Providing leadership across multiple departments and teams
• Managing payroll oversight and key accounting operations
• Driving process improvements and enhancing financial reporting
• Partnering with leadership to support business objectives and decision-making
What They're Looking For
• Strong financial statement experience
• Leadership and team management experience
• Experience overseeing accounting operations in a fast-paced environment
• Deadline-driven, hands-on approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Relevant accounting and leadership experience can absolutely compensate for a degree.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
