Before the shift wraps, you document performance feedback and plan next steps for training.

• Schedule adherence so each work order is completed on time.
• Continuous improvement efforts to meet or exceed monthly efficiency goals.
• Waste reduction practices to meet or beat monthly scrap targets.
• Safe operations in alignment with written SINTEL standards and OSHA requirements.
• Regular, periodic performance reviews and feedback discussions.
