Breakfast Line Cook

We are seeking a Breakfast Line Cook to prepare classic diner breakfast and brunch-focused dishes in a high-volume service environment. Working alongside one other cook, this role emphasizes efficient order timing, consistent food quality, safe food handling, and a clean kitchen. Opportunities include cross-training across stations and progression to Lead Cook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items for breakfast service.
• Cook classic diner breakfast and brunch-focused dishes.
• Operate the grill safely and efficiently.
• Prepare eggs and other breakfast items to order.
• Coordinate order timing with the other cook to support high-volume service.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety procedures and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in breakfast line cooking.
• Culinary training or equivalent kitchen experience.
