Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Order Builder to accurately pick, pack, and stack products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Order Builder will safely and independently operate motorized and manual material-handling equipment to prepare shipments for delivery. This is a physically demanding position requiring consistent movement, the ability to meet productivity standards, and a strong commitment to safety and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pull, pack, and palletize customer orders based on pick tickets.
- Securely wrap and stage completed pallets in designated warehouse zones.
- Maintain a steady work pace to consistently meet required productivity benchmarks.
- Operate electric pallet jacks, walkie-riders, and other material-handling equipment.
- Manually lift and move products as needed to restock and repack orders.
- Ensure date-code accuracy and proper product rotation.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of general work experience required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or safely lift and move products.
- Good hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and fine motor skills.
- Ability to perform continuous lifting, twisting, bending, and grasping.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
