We are adding an accounting associate to our team to help manage daily financial transactions across accounts payable and accounts receivable. Working closely with our Controller, you'll be responsible for processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining reliable financial records. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in transactional accounting who can work independently, stay organized, and help keep our accounting processes running smoothly.

• Reviewandentervendorinvoices,verifysupportingdocumentation,andcompletethree-waymatchingagainstpurchaseordersandreceivingrecords.
• Managevendorpaymentprocessing,includingpreparingcheckrunsandcoordinatingelectronicpayments.
• Maintainaccuraterecordsofcustomerpaymentactivityandupdateaccountsreceivablerecordsaspaymentsarereceived.
• Generatereportsfromthecompany'sERPsystemandtransferdataintoExcelforreviewandanalysis.
• Reconcilemonthlyliabilityaccounts,identifyinconsistencies,andresearchdifferencestoensureaccuratebalances.
• Managecustomerdepositrefundsandensuretransactionsareproperlydocumented.
• Supportmonth-endcloseandassistwithadditionalaccountingactivitiesasbusinessneedsarise.
