Job Description
CNH is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to design, integrate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing assembly systems. The candidate will work with Desoutter Pivotware, Proplanner, PLC programming, and AI-based vision inspection systems to optimize assembly processes and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Implement Desoutter Pivotware for assembly process control and error-proofing.
Use Proplanner for manufacturing BOM, routing, line balancing, and time studies.
Program and troubleshoot Rockwell or Siemens PLCs and HMI systems.
Integrate Detect-It or similar machine vision inspection systems.
Connect torque tools, barcode scanners, and pick-to-light systems.
Configure industrial networks, including EtherNet/IP and Profinet.
Install, debug, validate, and commission automated assembly lines.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
5+ years of experience in controls engineering or manufacturing automation.
Manufacturing experience in automotive, agricultural equipment, or high-volume assembly.
Hands-on experience with Desoutter Pivotware and Proplanner.
Strong PLC programming and machine vision integration skills.
Experience troubleshooting and commissioning automated assembly systems.


Preferred: Experience with AI vision algorithms, DC torque tools, HMI development, and industrial networking.
