Job Description

Pro Products LLC · Sturgeon Bay, WI · Full-Time, On-Site

Run the floor. Shape the plant. Grow the team.

Pro Products is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own production from schedule to shipment. You'll plan how the plant runs: scheduling, capacity, maintenance, tooling and continual improvement. You'll also work closely with a Plant Floor Supervisor and a team that takes pride in delivering quality parts on time.

If you like building schedules that are held to, cutting scrap and developing people who want to grow, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

Production planning and scheduling

  • Build and run the master production schedule, covering jobs, machines and shipments, so the plant runs efficiently and profitably
  • Plan capacity so people, machines and materials line up with what customers need
  • Keep customer inventories at target levels and make sure every job ships on time

Operational excellence

  • Review cycle times, machine performance and completed jobs, then push efficiency targets higher
  • Lead scrap reduction and process improvement across the plant
  • Keep shop routings and job data accurate so scheduling and job costing work from good numbers
  • Uphold our ISO standards, quality policy and objectives

Equipment, tooling and safety

  • Manage the machine and equipment maintenance program and coordinate service work
  • Own tooling inventory and purchasing
  • Recommend and carry out safety improvements and accident-prevention measures

People and culture

  • Work with the Plant Floor Supervisor to cross-train employees and find paths to advancement
  • Help build a floor culture of accountability, mutual trust and recognition, where everyone has a stake in the operation's success
  • Help shape company policies and procedures as we grow

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of production management experience in a similar manufacturing environment
  • A degree in business, manufacturing or engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to handle several priorities at once
  • Clear, confident communication with the floor team, the office and customers
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • JobBOSS experience is a strong plus

Why Pro Products?

  • Real ownership: your decisions directly affect delivery, quality and profitability
  • A team-first culture that values honest effort, recognition and personal growth
  • Room to improve things: we want your ideas on process, scrap, quality and delivery
  • A quality-focused, ISO-certified operation with customers who count on us
