What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience required
• HVAC trade experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent listening and relationship-building abilities
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable with technology and basic business software
• Strong follow-up and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Meet with customers in their homes
• Evaluate heating, cooling, and air quality concerns
• Educate homeowners on available HVAC system options
• Design customized comfort solutions
• Present proposals and recommendations
• Build trust through a consultative sales process
